At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

PASD

• Discuss the appropriate screening for placenta accrete spectrum disorder (PASD);
• Identify the risk factors of PASD;
• Illustrate how diagnose is made due to appropriate screening;
• Collaborate on the development of a call tree for emergent situations;
• Develop an obstetric mass transfusion protocol (OB MTP);
• Define team roles during an OB MTP;
• Determine the appropriate ICU care for PASD

SHTN

• Define the different types of hypertension;
• Recognize signs/symptoms of severe or worsening HTN/preeclampsia; and
• Utilize SHTN protocol medications and follow-up VS appropriately
