Session Learning Objectives

Those attending this session will receive information that should allow them to:

• Identify a replicable psychologically safe strategy to engage healthcare workers in treatment for mental health concerns;
• Identify 3 actions participants can take in the workplace to improve the mental health of the workforce; and
• Identify 2 opportunities for advocacy addressed at improving the mental health of the workforce that can be taken with leaders, licensure boards, and/or legislators.
