• Demonstrate a multi-disciplinary approach in trauma resuscitation and care
• Serve as a resource for the health care providers in trauma realm regarding the care of trauma patients
• Enhance clinical decision making in regard to the care of trauma patients
• Apply standards of care which optimize outcomes in trauma patients
