  •  Describe MHS CARES Program to support emotional needs of employees.
  •  Explain how to care for yourself to care for patients.
  •  Define a support system for employees.

Faith Based Nursing: A time for renewal (11:00AM-12:00PM)

  • Recall the signs of spiritual distress in self and in others.
  • Identify the impact of spiritual distress on workplace safety for caregivers and on patient safety outcomes.
  • Identify spiritual care interventions.
  • Describe the importance of practicing spiritual care interventions.
