  • Describe the emotional, logistical and financial challenges that families face in the immediate aftermath of the death, and recognize the gaps in the existing support systems;
  • Explain the full scope of services provided by Carson’s Village, including crisis support, grief resources, professional referrals, and long-term bereavement care;
  • Identify how Carson’s Village empowers bereaved individuals through peer-to-peer support and on-going engagement opportunities to foster resilience and healing; and
  • Demonstrate how to access and utilize Carson’s Village services and referral pathways to better support patients and families during end-of-life and bereavement care
