Dr. Matthew Bonander is a licensed physical therapist and the owner of Focused Care Rehab, an outpatient rehabilitation practice. He and his team (PT/OT/ST/exercise trainers) render care in the home and are the on-sight rehab team at assisted living facilities in Denton and Argyle, TX. He is married to his wife Sara (20 years) and they have 4 children. He enjoys spending time with family and helping others along their rehab journey. Matt is also a member of the Alzheimer's Association and has rendered education with them. He has authored a book titled Exercise, Health and Vitality A Concise Guide for Adults and Older Adults. His passion is to serve others and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals one-one-one and in the community for purposes of healthy living and aging safely.
