Dr. Seals has  served as the Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine since 2019.  Before that he was the interim chair of Family and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine for 2 ½ years and is currently an associate professor in the department.  After graduating from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2008, he completed a combined residency in Family Medicine and Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine at Florida Hospital East.  He also serves on the American Osteopathic Board of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine.
