Elizabeth Burleson is an Educational Program Manager in the TCOM Faculty Development Center at The University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth where she delivers professional development service and leads the Curriculum Design course in the Graduate Certificate in Academic Medicine Fellowship.  She works primarily with faculty and residents wanting to amplify their teaching skills as an effective educator.  Elizabeth has over 20 years in education, and she is passionate about designing educational environments that support all learners in accessing a rigorous curriculum and meeting educational outcomes.  Elizabeth earned her Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas Wesleyan University.  She also holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Stephen F. Austin State University and a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Texas Tech University.
