Overview

Physicians will acquire enhanced, evidence based knowledge (NCCN guidelines) for multiple treatment & management options for patients. Difficult cancer cases are presented so that a multidisciplinary approach w/optimal treatment can be discussed and a consensus reached on the most efficacious approach to achieve the best outcome for patients. Rare and/or difficult cases are presented to enhance the physician’s knowledge about managing these patients.

Series Objectives

Upon completion of this activity leaners should be able to:

  • Discuss the treatment plan appropriate to the case presented; and 
  • Identify potential complications and expected outcomes relative to specific diseases/treatments.

Target Audience

Oncologists (medical, radiation and surgical), pathologists, radiologists, family practice, resident physicians, and nurses. Invited attendees only.
