Ethical behavior concerning people living with dementia is a complex issue that is not always well understood among nursing home staff. This educational activity "Ethics in Dementia" aims to address the significant challenges healthcare professionals face in providing ethical care to individuals with dementia. It targets gaps in knowledge, competence, and performance regarding the ethical principles guiding care decisions, particularly in navigating dilemmas around autonomy, consent, and quality of life considerations.
