Instructions

Please review the process below to report your "learning from teaching" hours. All submissions will be verified with UNT Health's GME and Clinical Education offices. 

Process:

Step 1. Physicians create an account in UNT Health's CE LMS. 

  • Instructions to create an account can be found here. 

Step 2. Physicians will fill out the Learning from Teaching Reporting Form (found below) from LMS.  

Step 3. UNT Health's CE & Assessment team will download the submission report and verify hours with GME/ClinEd office.

  • Deadlines for form submissions are January 31st and July 31st of each year. 

Step 4. Upon verification, the CE & Assessment team will upload the learner to the LMS session and manually award reported hours.

Step 5. Notifications that credit has been awarded are sent out to the learner via LMS.
