  • Analyze behavioral and communication patterns commonly exhibited by high-functioning patients that may mask underlying clinical, psychological, or psychosocial concerns;

  • Apply evidence-based communication strategies to effectively engage high-functioning patients in shared decision-making and treatment planning; and

  • Evaluate potential barriers to diagnosis, adherence, and therapeutic alliance when caring for high-functioning patients in clinical practice, and adjust management approaches accordingly
