Upon the completion of this session the learner will be able to: 

  • Recognize Texas-specific data on workplace violence in healthcare
  • Describe SB 240 from the 88th Regular Session the Texas Legislature and its policy rationale
  • Identify ways to implement the requirements of the new law and partner with law enforcement agencies
