Our Grand Rounds Series will focus on identified practice gaps and address these gaps with notable speakers and presentations from around the country. Three main gap areas have been identified and broadly include 1) updates in clinical knowledge, especially as it relates to substance use disorders (SUD) as well as women's mental health amongst other clinical updates. 2) Improving multidisciplinary insight and appreciation of cultural sensitivity in an underserved population. 3) Increasing awareness across all healthcare disciplines about individual and patient safety as well as individual well-being efforts.

• Identify gaps in their clinical knowledge and have learned skill with which can be used to fill in the practice update gaps; 
• Improved cultural awareness and sensitivity and acquired skills with which can be used to improve patient experience; and
• Identify potential gaps in patient and provider safety in the workplace and have acquired the skill with which can be used to fill those safety gaps as well as have acquired skills to engage in provider and self well-being.
