The JPS/TCU Healthcare Leadership Program is a collaboration of TCU Neeley Executive Education with JPS to deliver a leadership development program tailored specifically for healthcare leaders. This immersive program is meticulously designed around JPS's unique organizational challenges, focusing on strategic leadership, change management, and effective people management. Participants engage in experiential learning, tackling real-life leadership dilemmas through customized sessions and hands-on activities. Through this holistic approach, healthcare leaders deepen their understanding of their pivotal role in JPS's success while gaining invaluable workplace toolkits for immediate application.

Series Learning Objectives:

At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Identify how to accelerate the development of healthcare leaders;
  • Illustrate a deeper awareness of healthcare economics; financial acumen; the business model; and objectives;
