- Explain the physiology and pathophysiology of the traumatic mechanism of injuries;
- Refine skills in the assessment, diagnosis, non surgical/surgical treatment, communication, and post-operative management of the injured patient; and
- Implement evidenced-based strategies to improve overall trauma performance and outcomes measures
