- Summarize the latest Emergency General Surgery standards of practice;
- Integrate new strategies for the diagnosis, assessment, treatment plans (non-surgical and surgical), communication, and a post-operative treatment plan for the injured patient; and
- Develop effective strategies to ensure patient adherence to standards of care to reduce the occurrence of unexpected patient complications
