  • Perform a self-assessment of their own current proficiency level in Educational Theory and Practice 9: Medical Educational Scholarship.
  • Identify the behaviors/ actions necessary to demonstrate the desired level in the sub competency.
  • Develop an individualized professional development plan to progress towards the desired level.
