  • Recognize appropriate primary care patients with opioid use disorder who may benefit from buprenorphine/naloxone therapy, including screening and diagnostic considerations;
  • Identify and manage Suboxone treatment in the primary care setting, including office-based induction, maintenance dosing, follow-up, and coordination of care; and
  • Distinguish common primary care challenges in Suboxone prescribing, including managing withdrawal symptoms, monitoring adherence, handling comorbid conditions, and reducing stigma in clinical practice
