  • Discuss the insight from patient stories - hear from mothers who’ve experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, and neonatal loss, and learn how their care team impacted their healing journey;

  • Identify practical tools for compassionate care - explore ways to support grieving parents through both your actions and your presence; and

  • Describe the language that honors loss - build confidence in your communication—what to say, what not to say, and how to hold space for each family’s unique grief
