Overview

Review and discuss journal articles related to critical care patients to close educational gaps within the department.

Series Objectives

Upon completion of this activity leaners should be able to:

• Teaching critical appraisal of research design statistics and evidence quality to House staff, resident physicians and medical students; and
• Promote evidence-based and quality practice to our patients and community

Target Audience

The audience for this presentation would be multi-disciplinary, including pulmonologists, primary physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners.  Other health care professionals will receive a certificate of attendance.
