Hannah Bednar is a Licensed Master Social Worker, a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor and a community health worker. She has 10 years’ experience in human services. Her career began at MHMR of Tarrant County where she supported people with IDD and co-occurring disorders. She now manages multiple substance use grants at JPS Health Network and serves as the Site-PI for this project. Hannah is highly interested in implementing and ensuring fidelity to best practices in the SUD field, particularly in primary care and behavioral health settings.
