Deena Koshy currently serves as the Director of Accreditation and Policy Management at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. She has oversight over all the accreditation programs and regulatory compliance assuring a constant state of readiness to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients and their families. She is also responsible for developing surveillance systems to identify and mitigate potential gaps to ensure optimal care and processes.  Prior to her current role, her most recent positions include Director, Patient Safety, UTSW; Corporate Director, Regulatory Affairs and Safety, Methodist Health System, Dallas; and Patient Safety Officer, Medical City Dallas Center, Dallas.
