  • Identify common movement disorders that are co-morbid with psychiatric illness and commonly seen in psychiatric settings;
  • Discuss some of the most common underlying conditions that contribute to three types of movement disorders, bradykinesias, hyperkinesias, and disorders of involuntary movement (including dyskinesias and tremors); and
  • Review various physical exam findings and screening tools used to evaluate movement disorders
