Advance Anesthesia 2018 is committed to assembling knowledgeable individuals who are leaders in their profession and have subject matter experience in their assigned topic, and, providing a collegial environment where ideas can be shared, group leadership/clinicians are exposed to meaningful ideas and learning opportunities, and self-evaluation of clinical performance and competence relevant to care of the professional and the patient can occur. 

Advance Anesthesia’s commitment to exposing groups/providers to forward thinking strategies in dealing with known and unknown challenges of the service line, managing barriers, providing evidence and allowing open-forum idea sharing in a small-group setting, has exposed practice leaders to relevant practice and clinical improvement knowledge that can be taken back with immediate affect towards advancing patient safety and care.
