Kendi Hensel is a graduate of the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine at Tulsa. Dr. Hensel completed Internship at Hillcrest Medical Center (now Saint Anthony Hospital) in Oklahoma City and Residency in Family Medicine/Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine. Dr. Hensel holds a PhD in OMM Clinical Research and Education from the UNT Health Science Center, Fort Worth, Texas. Dr. Hensel is AOB Certified in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and Family Practice.

David Mason, DO, MBA, FACOFP

David C. Mason, DO has been the Chair of the Department of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine and an Associate Professor since joining TCOM-UNTHSC in 2010. He oversees the TCOM years 1-4 curriculum, NMM/OMM Residencies, and acts as the Graduate Teaching Assistant Director.

Dr. Mason graduated from UMDNJ-School of Osteopathic Medicine in 1996 and completed a Family Medicine Residency in 1999. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) as well as Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (NMM/OMM).

Active in national professional organizations, Dr. Mason is a past Chair of the Educational Council on Osteopathic Principles, a committee of the American Academy of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine (AACOM). He was elected to a three year term to the AAO Board of Trustees in March 2012. He has served the American Academy of Osteopathy on the Board of Governors, as a member of the Louisa Burns Osteopathic Research Committee, The Publications Committee, the past Chair of the Education Committee, past member of Postdoctoral Standards and Evaluation, and past Chair of the Undergraduate Academy Advisors Committee, past member of the OPTI Liaison and the Membership committees. Dr. Mason is involved in the ACOFP as a member of the OMM committee, and the CEE inservice test construction committee.

Sheila Page, DO

Sheila Page received her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of North Texas Health Science Center, College of Osteopathic Medicine, in 1992, during which she completed an additional year of training as an Undergraduate Teaching Fellow, specializing in Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy. Following an internship at Northeast Community Hospital, Dr. Page practiced family medicine for seven years while working on her board certification in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. She has been practicing and developing her skills in that specialty for 23 years, and currently has a private solo practice serving the Fort Worth area. Dr. Page works on referrals by word of mouth only and makes house calls for patients with advanced disabilities. Dr. Sheila Page is board certified in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy, and treats a wide spectrum of patients from the newborn to the elderly, including patients with irreversible and terminal illness. Dr. Page has a special interest in children with disabilities.

Dr. Sadiack completed Internship and Residency in Family Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, School of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Shadiack then completed a Fellowship in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine/Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine at the University of North Texas Health Science Center, Texas College of Medicine, Fort Worth, Texas. Dr. Shadiack is pursuing a Professional Masters of Public Health at UNT Health Science Center.
