Health providers have a unique position to provide appropriate care that can create a supportive start to the grieving process. In fact, Tarrant County families have asked our health care community for more compassionate care following fetal or infant loss (See Tarrant County Fetal Infant Mortality Review LINK). During this presentation, health care providers will learn more about the unique experience of perinatal and infant loss and identify ways in which they can support and help start the grieving process for mothers, fathers, and families.
